2002-present Director of NewarkSuccess.org, an interactive database of community resources for people leaving prison and their families in the Newark, NJ metropolitan area.
2002-present Co-director of Prisoners and their Families Project. A project designed to develop a coordinated, collaborative approach to services for people leaving prison and their families in the Newark, New Jersey area. The project is shared by the Department of Social Work at Rutgers University - Newark and the Department of Sociology at Bloomfield College.
2002-present Advisory Committee Member, Seth Boyden Community Resource Center, Seth Boyden Housing Project, Newark, NJ.
2004 Consultant, Drafted the text on the needs, issues, and procedures to implement HIV/AIDS outreach to parolees for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention HIV Prevention Projects’ Community-Based Organization Grant #04064, Isaiah House, East Orange, NJ, 2004.
2003 Facilitator and organizer of a working luncheon at Northern State Prison for the discharge planning unit staff and human service agencies to discuss employment issues for those maxing out of prison.
