Students will be provided with all the materials on the first day of class.
Practice For Test
A student cannot “pass” or “fail” the placement tests. However, to make sure that test scores accurately represent their skill level, students may wish to review basic concepts in reading, grammar, arithmetic and algebra before taking the ACCUPLACER® test, especially if they have been away from school for more than a year.
As you review the material provided in the links below, you may feel you need further explanations. If this is the case, then you may want to take advantage of the SOS program and free tutorial services provided by the Center for Academic Development (CAD).
CAD hours during fall and spring semester:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Saturday 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
CAD hours during the summer (June-August)
- Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
