PRE-ADMISSION NLN EXAM REVIEW WORKSHOP SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER 2008
We will offer free Pre-Admission NLN Exam Review Workshop on Mondays and Wednesdays during the period of May 12, 2008 to June 25, 2008, four hours each day. Full attendance on all the twelve days is strongly recommended.

The venue for all the workshops will be science room 16 (SCI 16).
Required review textbook: NLN Review Guide For RN Pre-Entrance Exam 2nd Ed. by Mary E. McDonald (available in the college bookstore).
You must register below to participate in the review workshops.
PRE-NLN PRACTICE TEST
A free practice test will be given on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm in Science Room 16 (SCI 16). You are strongly advised to take the practice test. You must register below to take the practice test.
PRE-NLN ADMISSION TEST
The Pre-NLN Admission Test will be given on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 10:30 am and 5:30 pm in the Learning Resource Center (adjacent to Voorhees Hall). The test will be taken online and it will last for about three and half hours long.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PRE-NLN ADMISSION TEST
You must register online and pay a fee of $100 before Monday, July 7, 2008 if you are taking the exam on July 9. A credit or bank card is required for payment. Kindly follow the instructions below to register and create an account.
- Go to the NLN registration web page: https://www.nlnonlinetesting.org/pax/
- Click on the “Register Now” button
- Select the “Registered Nursing (RN) program”
- Select “New Jersey State” and click on “Bloomfield College”
- Choose the time you wish to take the test and then complete the registration form.
Remember to print out a copy of your registration permit and bring it to the exam.

You will not be permitted to register for the Pre-admission Examination if you do not accept all the terms below. |
Refunds: I understand that once I have applied to take the NLN Pre-Admission Exam, the application fee, cost for the exam, and fees associated with score reports are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: I understand that in the event I need to reschedule my exam, I must do so at least 1 day prior to the registration closing date for which I am currently registered. Upon rescheduling my exam, I will be responsible for a $15 rescheduling fee.
Repeating the Exam: I understand that if I wish to take the NLN Pre-Admission Exam again, I must wait a minimum of six months before retaking the exam.
Eligible registrants: Only the students certified by the nursing faculty/advisors can register to take the test. Any student who is not on the eligible students' list provided by the nursing advisors will not be permitted to take the test even if you have paid for it. |
